Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing the website, or installing the Berean Bible Academy Android application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the explicit consent of a parent or guardian to enroll. Applicants must meet the minimum academic requirements for the program they apply to, as published on the Admissions page.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information on your application.
• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• All activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Upload malware, exploit code, or any harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user, lecturer, or administrator account.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute course materials without written permission.
• Use the platform to harass, defame, or discriminate against any person.
• Submit assignments, tests, or exams that are not your own work (plagiarism).

Tuition fees are published on the Tuition page and are payable in the currencies and methods shown at checkout. Full access to course materials, assessments, and downloads is granted only after tuition is paid in full (or after a scholarship has been approved by the administration). We accept bank transfers and Paystack card payments. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis by the registrar.

All course materials, textbooks, videos, questions, and software on the BBA platform are the intellectual property of Berean Bible Academy or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to view and download the content for your personal educational use while enrolled. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display the materials without written permission.

Students must uphold the highest standards of academic honesty. Plagiarism, cheating on tests or exams, falsification of data, unauthorized collaboration, and impersonation in assessments are grounds for failure of the course and potential dismissal from the program.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure from attack. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Berean Bible Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the tuition fees you paid in the current semester.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms, non-payment of fees, academic dishonesty, or any conduct that harms other users or the institution. You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from your use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the homepage and communicated to students via their registered email. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
